INVEREADY COMPLETES ITS FIRST DIVESTMENT WITH QUSTODIAN´S EXIT.

The venture capital firm Inveready has carried out its first divestment, with the exit of its fund Inveready Seed Capital in Qustodian, a marketing for mobile devices company.

The divestment, materialized through the stake´s sale to the founding partners of the company, is led by Fernando Sánchez-Terán, has reported to the venture capital firm a 23% IRR (internal rate of return). Inveready entered Qustodian capital in August 2010 (see news).

The Madrid-based technology company has an application for mobile devices allowing the user to choose those brands for which to receive offers, promotions and information. Depending on the users’ interaction degree, it can be paid with money. Qustodian model allows advertisers to target a more specific audience and the way to communicate with the consumer is not intrusive.
