SODENA IS LOOKING FOR PROJECTS IN NORDIC COUNTRIES.
The public company Sociedad de Desarrollo de Navarra (SODENA) has participated the last weekend as a regional partner and jury in the selection of 25 companies and finalists in the Nordic Cleantech Open event held at Trolleholm Castle in southern Sweden.
Participants in this event are companies in the sector of energy and clean technologies, based in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark or Iceland, owners of the patent or rights of its technology and having received a maximum of €750,000 of external private investment. 70 projects were presented and ten winners will be announced next spring in the final in Copenhagen.
The event’s aim is to promote the development of innovative ideas in sustainable business and promote the growth and internationalization of companies and start-ups projects. The organization of this contest is for Cleantech Escandinavia, bringing together investors and consultants from Scandinavia in the field of clean technologies.
The Government of Navarre considers that the participation of SODENA on behalf of Navarre in this event, will contribute to the positioning of Navarre as a region leader in renewable energy and clean technologies, and will facilitate the search of Nordic companies in these sectors with an interest in develop their activities in Navarre and the channeling of their potential investments.
