AXON CAPITAL INVESTS AROUND €1 MILLION IN NICEPEOPLEATWORK.
The venture capital firm Axon Capital through ICT I fund, has recently closed an investment agreement of almost €1 million in NicePeopleAtWork to support its internationalization, especially in Latin America.
NicePeopleAtWork develops and operates the video distribution platform Nice264, offering in Software as a Service (SAAS) modality a solution that manages and simplify all the processes required to distribute audiovisual content live and on demand to multiple types of devices: Internet browsers, mobile phones, tablets, connected TVs, game consoles, etc..
It currently counts with important Spanish clients as Mediapro, Antena3, Gol Televisión, La Sexta, the online video store Wuaki.TV, ESADE (Business School) and the University of Barcelona, and several regional channels. Their services have supported the on-line strategy of these companies automating processes and getting the best possible end-user experience.
The investment will enable NicePeopleatWork to continue leading the market and launch its international deals, also using networking and business development capabilities of Axon Capital.
The ICT I fund of Axon Capital invests in companies in ICT sector, from entertainment to e-commerce, from disruptive start ups to IT services companies with potential growth and geographic expansion chances, mainly to Latin America.
