JEREMIE FUND INVESTS €4 MILLION IN GREEN POWER.
Jeremie, the VC/PE fund, has invested €4 million in the Seville company Green Power Technologies. €2 million will go to the capital of the company from the Invercaria’s VC/PE firm and the other €2 million through an equity loan.
Green Power Technologies (Gptech) is a technology based company that was founded in 2002 within the University of Seville. Its products, mainly based on power electronics technology have several industrial applications in solar, wind, energy and transportation sectors.
It is a pioneer company in Spain for its range of products and services derived from an R&D application-oriented to the generation, transformation and use of energy efficient and sustainable. In addition to products, it provides engineering and consulting services, with custom developments, to provide coverage for special applications. In this sense, highlight their projects in wind of large-scale, solar photovoltaics and fuel cells.
Jeremie fund, majority owned by the Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalusia (IDEA) through Invercaria, are also present the savings banks CajaGranada and Cajamar Caja Rural.
