MOBIVERY CLOSES A €1.3 MILLION FINANCING ROUND FROM CDTI, ENISA AND FORMER INVESTORS.
Mobivery, a leader firm in developing business applications for mobiles, has closed a €1,345,000 financing round. In the transaction have assist ENISA with a 250,000 equity loan, CDTI with €825,000, and investors already present in the capital with the rest of the financing in equity amounting to €270,000. The investment is aimed at international expansion and consolidation of Mobivery.
Founded in 2008, Mobivery reached in 2010 a turnover of around €1 million, with customers such as RTVE, Repsol, El País, Canal Cocina, Páginas Amarillas or Sanitas. Founded by a team of systems engineers, was one of the first companies to develop programs for intelligent terminals, launching the first Spanish application for iPad. The company has offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville, and employs over 40 professionals.
The financial strategic consultancy Atomm has been commissioned to prepare the financing plan and manage the funds granted by ENISA and CDTI.
