L CAPITAL ACQUIRES A STAKE IN TWC L’AMY GROUP.
L Capital has signed an agreement for the sale of a stake in TWC L'Amy Group, which is subject to the approval of the competent authorities.
L Capital becomes a reference shareholder together with the founders and managers of the Group. TWC L'Amy Group management team will remain at the helm of the company continuing the development undertaken several years ago, and accelerating the international expansion.
L Capital in a pan-European investment fund with €900 million under management, sponsored by the group Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy. L Capital specializes in investments in trademarks and emblems and has offices in Paris, Milán and Madrid. The current investment portfolio comprises 10 companies in France, Italy and the UK. In Spain, L Capital is a shareholder of Pepe Jeans/Hackett. L Capital is currently raising its third fund with a target of €350 to €400 million and has recently announced its second closing with €300 million committed.
