HAZEL IN LIQUIDATION PROCESS.
Hazel, the fashion chain driven by BBVA through the VC/PE firm Valanza, is in liquidation process since the end of last June.
At the end of last year, the company got four months to negotiate with creditors and none of them could urge the old default. After this period, the company declared bankruptcy having not reached an agreement to refinance its debt.
