GCRPV APPROVES A €4 MILLION INVESTMENT IN SAGOLA, GMTK, GOIALDE AND AZCUE.
The GCRPV has approved a €4 million investment in Basque companies Sagola SAU, GMTK, Goialde and Azcue that will be used to boost its expansion and consolidation.
Sagola SAU, located in Vitoria and dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of paint equipment, will receive €1 million. Meanwhile GMTK, located in Zestoa (Gipuzkoa) will receive €1.125 million. In addition, the company Goialde, also in Zestoa has received €750,000. The latter company is Azcue y Cia from Azpeitia (Gipuzkoa), which manufactures home and office furniture, and it has been corresponded with €1 million.
These deals joins to other nine entries in the capital of Basque companies materialized this year. In total, 13 investments made by VC/PE in these seven months have involved a €14.6 million investment.
